Artifact Unit 09 was discovered.
Not in a laboratory.

And definitely not in any official report.
The transmission first appeared buried inside fragments of old analog recordings — strange signals mixed with distorted music, fragmented voices, and visuals that looked like psychedelic concert posters from another world.
Most dismissed it as interference.
