At Area 52 Collective, every pair of shoes is made to order just for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.
